One minute of preparation saves your clothes — and the machine.

Empty your pockets

Coins, paper, and objects can damage your clothes or the machine.

Check the labels

Every garment has temperature instructions you should follow so it doesn't get damaged.

Sort your clothes

Whites / colors / delicates — don't mix them in the same wash.

💡 Tip: Put socks and underwear in a protective mesh bag so they don't get damaged.

Horizon 10 kg — 5 steps

Front-load · Speed Queen Energy Star · Capacity up to 9.5 kg

Load your clothes

Place dry clothes in the drum without forcing them in — up to 9.5kg. Close the door firmly. The washer won't run with the door open.

Add detergent

Open the detergent drawer and add to the appropriate compartments:

Pre-wash detergent
(optional)
If you use tablets or 3-in-1 pods, place them directly in the drum — NOT in the drawer.

Choose a program

Press the touchpad to select a wash cycle. Also choose how dirty the clothes are:

A
Lightly soiled
B
Normally soiled
C
Heavily soiled

Pay and start

Insert coins into the slot or pay by card. Check the price on the screen and press START.

Pick-up

Once the operating LED turns off and the drum stops, open the door and take out your clothes. The wash takes 30–45' - you can go for a walk and come back.

For duvets & curtains

Same process as the Horizon — the difference is the capacity.

Clean the filter

Before every use, clean the lint filter. Never run the dryer without the filter — it's a fire hazard.

Load your clothes

Place damp clothes without packing them tightly. You can add a fabric softener sheet. Close the door.

Choose temperature

Always according to the garment's label:

Pay and start

Insert coins or pay by card. Press STARTOnce the screen shows 00, the cycle is complete.
